Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aireframes, a web-based software-as-a-service platform available at aireframes.app and dashboard.aireframes.app (the “Service”), operated by Bits of WOW Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Singapore.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Aireframes turns a written product idea into a clickable set of low-fidelity HTML wireframes. You submit a brief; the Service generates per-screen specifications, renders greyboxed wireframes, wires hotspots between them, and provides a public link where reviewers can comment.

The Service is currently in closed beta. Features, performance, and availability may change without notice. Outputs are intended for design review and early validation, not as production code.

2. Accounts and workspaces

To use the Service you must create an account using a valid email address. We verify your identity through a one-time code sent to that email. Access is currently by invitation only.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You may not share account credentials, create accounts through automated means, or use the Service in a way that circumvents access controls.

Projects live inside workspaces. Workspace owners can invite additional members and assign their roles. You agree only to invite people you are authorised to share the workspace’s projects with.

3. Pricing

The Service is currently free to use during the closed beta. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will notify you in advance and give you an opportunity to review and accept the updated terms before any charge is made.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate content that violates applicable law.
• Generate wireframes that impersonate a real brand in order to deceive, defraud, or phish users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service beyond its intended interface.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure or other users’ access.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs without prior written consent.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, prompts, and generation pipeline, is owned by or licensed to Bits of WOW Pte. Ltd.

You retain ownership of the briefs and prompts you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs and store the resulting wireframes solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you and your workspace collaborators.

AI-generated wireframes and their accompanying specs are provided for your use in the project they were generated for. The specific synthesis, prompting, and presentation layer is part of our Service.

6. Third-party AI models

The Service routes prompts to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic) through our LLM Gateway. Each provider has its own terms of service and acceptable-use policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party model responses. Model availability may change without notice.

7. Public review links

When you publish a project, the wireframes and reviewer comments become accessible at a public URL. You are responsible for ensuring that nothing in a published project exposes personal data, confidential information, or material you are not authorised to share. You can unpublish a project at any time to revoke access; cached copies held by reviewers or search engines may persist for some period after unpublishing.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• AI-generated wireframes or specs will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
• The Service is suitable as a substitute for professional design, engineering, legal, or commercial advice.

You should not rely on outputs from the Service as the sole basis for important decisions. Always exercise your own judgement and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bits of WOW Pte. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in abusive behaviour. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your projects may be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
